I have to admit the haircuts are usually very good. The service and wait needs improvement. I waited for the store to open and should have been the second person for service. Because of a problem with their computer it would not accept my name or phone number. By the time I was able to get help (3) people signed in before me. By the time I was checked in I went from no wait to a 45 minute wait. The person helping me completely disregarded the fact that (4) people were now ahead of me. I will never go back!!

This business is where I have been having my haircut performed on a regular basis for approximately the past 3 years. I have been using a particular stylist all of that time because she had has done an excellent and dependable job, but unfortunately she has become the most popular stylist at that location. Since I was on a tight schedule, I signed up for having my haircut done by this stylist online the second the signup for her became available, and I was given an approximate 53 minute wait time. This just fit into my schedule with about 15 minutes to spare given the amount of time it takes to cut my hair. I realize that the wait times are approximate, and in my experience are within a 10 or 15 minute window of the given signup time. When I arrived a couple of minutes near the end of the 53 minute wait time, I looked at the board and found out my wait time was now more than 1 hour and 15 minutes. I inquired about what happened and was told that there was an "incident." I figured that the incident was something along the lines of a power failure or something of that nature, which was understandable, although I would still not have been able to get my hair cut given the extraordinarily long wait time. One of the stylists, probably the manager, proceded to tell me that the so-called incident was that other clients had showed up before me and were waiting for my stylist, but did not bother to sign in. When it was discovered that they had not signed in, they allowed those clients to get into the queue before me. I was not even given the courtesy of being given a call or text to let me know of the major delay. In my opinion, this is the definition of poor customer service and an extremely bad management decision. I will likely never return to any Sports Clips locations to have my hair cut, unless this business goes out of its way to try and get my business back. I wil not deal with businesses that perform their job like this one.

Terrible from start to finish with my stylist. It started with the electric trimmers, she used them like my head was a punching bag shaped like the nose of her first heartbreak. She then proceeded to use the comb to collect the hair on the top of my head and use scissors to randomly cut chunks of hair from the top of my head. It was my first visit to this location so typical of sport clips free mvp, so we go do that. Worst "massage" ever, it felt like I was sticking my head out the widow of my car through a cloud of locusts made out of sandpaper. After that we went back to the chair, my hair Collector cloak was off, she realized she missed the entire rightside of my head proceeded to cut the entire right top side of my head with the scissors, again in random fashion as it fell down my shirt inside and out, land on my arm and pants. While the rest stayed on the top of my head, she quickly followed up with half a tub of paste and pasted that loose hair to the ball of what looks like a thrown up cat hairball mixed with Elmers glue on top of my head. Here I am in the parking lot feeling like I need to go to a different barber to shave my head but don't want to pay for it for obvious reasons although I know I will. Worst hair cut experience of my life by a long shot.
