Just wanted to say Thank You! In follow up to my previous review, I will say that Sport Clips definitely stepped up and made the difference! I appreciated hearing from Michelle the owner in response to my last, no so happy review. She took the time to call and hear her customer out directly and do everything she could to satisfy an unhappy customer. The staff was spot on today, I was able to walk away feeling like the satisfied customer that we all hope to feel like when we deal with customer service... this is the kind of service I was looking for when I changed to Sport Clips when they opened in South Sarasota. I am glad to say they went above and beyond am grateful... I will DEFINITELY continue using Sport Clips! ;) Thank you again!

Couldn't be more disappointed and frustrated at a location right now.... You have lost my business completely... I sign in like everyone else and wait like everyone else does... But when someone walks in 15min after me and I'm the only other person waiting and I am completely ignored and bypassed so that one of the girls could give what appeared to be her friend a haircut first after I have been waiting for almost 45 minutes myself.... have a nice day... if I'm of so little importance to you, you are no longer of importance to me... I will find another ace to get my hair cut where they actually treat people respectfully and like they care you are their customer.... Sport Clips will never have my business again, or anyone I know... I will be sure to share my experience whenever I can.... Piss poor customer service.... never again.
